Gay4Choir: A 1-day queer & trans choir workshop
May 10 2025 | 11am-3pm | Oaklands Community Centre | Victoria BC | Register here

This day long choir event will include getting to know each other and building community, learning to warm up our voices, playing with vocal embodiment exercises, making weird sounds together AND learning to sing a Chapell Roan song in 3-part harmony. This event centres queer & trans community and is accessible for both new and experienced singers.

Why we're doing this: Because we want to centre queer and trans joy expressed through sounds and song! AND we are dreaming up a longer-term queer and trans choir and would love to pick your brain about it. Before the end of the event we'll ask you to fill out a survey in exchange for a cute sticker (you're welcome), before sending you off into the night.
